My main areas of focus are on stress reduction, releasing negative emotions, deleting limiting beliefs (because I believe in you), and helping you set and achieve your goals. The methods I use in order to achieve these results are: NLP: Neuro Linguistic Programming is the study of excellence, which describes how our thinking produces our behaviour, and allows us to model the excellence and to reproduce that behaviour Time Paradigm Techniques: A specific process, which allows one to release negative emotions, eliminate limiting decisions and to create a positive future for oneself. Hypnotherapy: This therapy is applied in an ecological manner by communicating with the unconscious mind to cause and support lasting change within oneself.
